Hello my name’s Oti Mabuse.
This is a fantastic book which I hope will make you want to get up and dance!
The book cover is a brilliant burst of yellow sunbeams and sparkling stars! In the centre is a picture of Mrs Oti dancing with six, smiling children.
On the left-hand page Mrs Oti is showing the children the last part of the dance – this is the tricky part! She’s standing with her feet about hip distance apart and her arms are out to her side. Then she wiggles her hands – palms up and then palms down.
Why don’t you try…?
I hope you’ve enjoyed this story as much as I have. Has it inspired you to get up and dance? I’d hope so! Goodbye!
