They are all dressed in midnight blue tights and tops, wear black masks around their eyes and bright red boots, gloves and capes which flow out behind them. They are also wearing their pants on the outside of their tights! How peculiar!!
Let's feel them in detail. Start at the top left-hand corner, move your fingers diagonally down to the right and you will come to the corner of Captain Lightning's cape. Follow its curve to the right and you will come to his face. He is facing us so you will be able to feel his little smile, his rather large nose, his two ears, but what is this over his eyes? That's right, it's his black mask so that no one recognises him and knows his true identity
