There's a forest of tall trees on the cover - the trunks are thin and brown, and above our head height the branches are thick and green.
A very large, dark brown bear is running through the forest with a pale golden coloured teddy tucked under this arm. His mouth's wide open and his arms are wrapped tightly round the teddy, and he looks frightened and surprised at the same time. What can be going on? Let's start the story and find out.
Open the cover of the book, and then turn over to the next page.
Here's a picture of a forest, which seems to stretch as far as you can imagine. The trees are very tall, with thin brown trunks that would feel rough if you touched them. Up higher than you could reach are lots of branches, thick with green leaves.
