Slinky Malinki steals anything from a clothes peg, to a slipper, to a string of sausages, to a clock. Our hero is a bad, bad cat. The story is told in rhyme and through lively pictures.
If you turn over the cover you will find a feely picture of Slinky Malinki on the right hand page. It shows him lurking where he shouldn't be! There is another feely picture after this one which is quite different but we'll explore this one first. Slinky Malinki's fur is blacker than black like the dead of night. Have you stroked him? I wonder if you know any pets like him. Can you find his face on the right of the page? Rub his two pointed ears. They are alert for the sound of an adventure. On either side of his face are two long whiskers. They can feel for danger! Can you find his two bright yellow eyes and soft grey nose?
