Zog is the keenest dragon in school. He’s also the most accident-prone. Luckily, a mysterious little girl always comes by and patches up his bumps and bruises. But will she be able to help him with his toughest test: capturing a princess? A wonderfully funny new story from the creators of The Gruffalo and Stick Man.

Hello there, my name is Mel and I'm really excited to be sharing this book with you. It's all about a young dragon called Zog, who tries very, very hard to be a really good dragon, but is actually between you and me, a bit too clumsy.
Zog is rushing forward with a fierce look on his face, blazing fire and smoke, while the others cheer him on. Hoorary, hoorary, hoorary! The knight stands with his sword raised, while his horse takes the opportunity to eat the lovely long grass! Delicious Surprised looking rabbits wait to see what's going to happen next. I wonder what's going to happen, I wonder what's going to happen next?
On the left, Zog stands in the centre, surrounded by all the other dragons who are cheering and waving. Hooray, hooray.
