Listen to an audio clip

Hello my name is David Walliams – you might recognise my voice if you’ve listened to any of my amazing audio books.

The front cover of the book shows three smiling children who are all having fun roller-skating. Next to them is a very funny looking man who’s also skating! He’s wearing pink, stripey trousers and a long blue coat.

A little girl and little boy are watching him in delight. Oh, and the boy is crunching on an apple! * crunching apple sounds

* loud cockatoo sounds Oh my goodness what a racket! No wonder the people in the picture are all covering their ears.

On the right page is D for Duck. * quack quack duck sounds There’s a picture of a river with two ducks dipping their heads below the water. Their little bottoms and webbed feet are sticking up above the water.

Well, until we meet again this is David Walliams saying goodbye!
