This book is called For Every Child. It's about the rights of children in words and pictures. It's published by UNICEF, the United Nations Children's Fund. Their message in this book is, "Whoever we are, wherever we live, these are the rights of every child under the sun and the moon and the stars."
On the front cover is a little boy and he's being cuddled and comforted by an older lady, I think it's his grandma. They're outside and it's raining very hard.
