All day owl tried and tried to get to sleep but the bees buzzed, the squirrels cracked nuts, the crows croaked and everyone else in the hollow tree did their best to keep him awake. But he got his own back when night came.

Can you feel something at the top? It's the owl, flying with his wings spread out, then below him on the left four blobs which are bees and then on the right a bigger figure which is the squirrel. Good! Now let's find owl properly. Feel all over him and then go back to the top of his head - he's looking straight at us. Can you find two sticky up things - these are his ears Down below are his two wide open round eyes with dots in the middle. Run your fingers round his eyes. In-between them is his wide open yellow beak.
