At first I could see nothing, as my eyes grew used to the light, details of the room within emerged slowly from the mist; strange animals, statues and gold, everywhere. The glint of gold"¦.The tomb was packed with treasure that had been buried with the dead Pharaoh Tutankhamun - the most important was an incredibly beautiful mask made of pure gold and a blue stone called lapis lazuli.

Ancient Egypt The history topic packs are very good. The children could feel the pictures and talk about them Janine
Very informative Especially enjoyed the section on the pyramids and the personal narrative approach of Nathanial. Information set out in a clear and simple way supported the student in enabling him to complete his own Egyptian project at home. Amazing all the facts he remembered. Library Member
