Terms and Conditions for entry into the Library Survey 2026 Prize Draw for three £100 Amazon vouchers.

• The promoter of this Living Paintings three £100 Amazon Vouchers Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) is Living Paintings, Unit 8, Kingslcere Park, Kingsclere, Newbury, Berkshire, RG20 4SW. (“Living Paintings”).
• Entry into this Prize Draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• Who can enter: the Prize Draw is open to beneficiaries of Living Paintings library service who have completed the SurveyMonkey survey by midnight 31^st May 2026 and provided their email address at the end of the survey.
• The Prize Draw is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Employees of Living Paintings, or any of their family members, or anyone else connected to this Prize Draw shall not be permitted to enter it.
• Only one entry per entrant is permitted for this Prize Draw. Living Paintings accepts no responsibility for any taxes, duties, costs or other fees payable as a result of participation in this Prize Draw.
• How to enter: an entrant must complete the online survey via SurveyMonkey by midnight May 31^st 2026 and enter their contact details when prompted at the end of the survey. Entries received after this date will not be counted for the Prize Draw.
• There is no fee payable to enter this Prize Draw.
• Living Paintings reserves the right to disqualify any entrant without notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
• Living Paintings will select three successful entrants from all qualifying entries at random, in a fair and impartial manner after 31^st May 2026.
• Living Paintings will contact the successful entrants using the email addresses provided in the entrant’s completed survey.
• Living Paintings will ask the winning entrants for an address to send the vouchers to. If any of the successful entrants do not respond to Living Paintings within 14 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited and Living Paintings will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
• All three £100 Amazon vouchers are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. No cash alternative for the prizes will be offered.
• Living Paintings reserves the right to cancel or amend this Prize Draw and these terms and conditions without notice.
• Living Paintings decision in respect of all matters to do with this Prize Draw shall be final and binding.
• Living Paintings must either publish or make available information to evidence that a valid prize award took place. To comply with this obligation, Living Paintings will send the surname and county of the prize winner to anyone who emails info@livingpaintings.org or writes to: Library Manager, Unit 8 Kingsclere Park, Kingsclere, Newbury, Berkshire RG20 4SW, enclosing a self-addressed envelope, within one month after the closing date stated above. If you object to any or all of your surname, county being published or made available, please email info@livingpaintings.org. In such circumstances, Living Paintings must still provide information on the winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority, upon request.
• Living Paintings may invite the successful entrant to take part in promotional activity in relation to this Prize Draw (including using his/her name in any marketing materials published by Living Paintings in print and/or online). However, the successful entrant shall have the right not to take part in such activity.
• Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed as set out in Living Paintings Privacy Policy.
• To the maximum extent permissible by law, Living Paintings accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering this Prize Draw. Living Paintings is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrants or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in this Prize Draw.
• This Prize Draw and these terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
• If any provision of these terms and conditions become or are invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect under any law, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired.
