Eleanor's Christmas Story

I want to bring stories to life for blind children like me this Christmas.

Hi, I'm Eleanor, I am 10 years old and I am severely visually impaired.
This Christmas I am trying to help a charity I love, Living Paintings.
They have been helping me and other blind and partially sighted children learn to read braille with their amazing tactile, audio books and showing us the things we can't see with their feely pictures.

Please will you help me by making a donation?

Living Paintings has told me that for £20 they can post their brilliant audio books to a blind child for free for 3 months or for £50 they can make one of their amazing tactile feely pictures. What I would really love is to help Living Paintings make a brand new book in to touch and see with lots of copies to add to their library which would cost £3,000.

If you can help, that would be great, please click the "Support Eleanor" button below

A selection of festive collages created by children, including a snowman, and two Christmas trees made with cut out coloured paper.

After reading a tactile and audio Christmas book Emily aged 5 and Sonny aged 4 made these lovely pictures for Living Paintings.
