Eleanor joins the Children in Need choir for Living Paintings! - Living Paintings

Living Paintings

November 14th was Children in Need, a fantastic celebration of everything children and charity in the UK. We saw our Trustee, Louis, competing on Ten to the Top, and, on Friday, our wonderful beneficiary Eleanor, sung her heart out with the Children in Need choir!

Who is Eleanor?

Eleanor has been a beneficiary of Living Paintings from a very young age. Now, at the age of 14, Eleanor is an incredible example of the power of Living Paintings Touch to See books and learning resources: she is confident, outgoing, and, most importantly, she does not let her blindness define her.

We were lucky enough to have Eleanor visit us at Living Paintings HQ recently. She learnt all about the work that goes into bringing the visual world to life through our tactile audio books that she has used and loved for many years.

How can you support Living Paintings?

Whether big or small, we rely on donations like those from Children in Need to ensure we can continue to provide our Touch to See books and learning resources to our library members FOR FREE.

Thank you so much to Children in Need for giving Eleanor the opportunity to be part of the Children in Need choir, and for promoting our mission to bring the visual world to life for children who are blind and visually impaired.
