This box set includes lots of exciting and innovative vehicles that are sustainable and environmentally friendly. We have an electric helicopter, a solar powered boat, an autonomous cargo and baggage transporter and a magnetic levitation train called the Maglev.
Maglev stands for magnetic levitation. These trains use powerful magnets that lift the train up and propel them forwards. According to its manufacturer this CRRC maglev train is the fastest land vehicle and can travel up to 372 miles per hour.
The Serpentine solar shuttle is capable of carrying 42 passengers across the lake utilising two electric engines. When not in use and docked the shuttle becomes a floating power generator feeding surplus electricity back into the National Grid.
By using cleaner more sustainable ways of getting around like electric cars or better still walking and wheeling we help keep our planet clean and healthy for everyone.
