This is a story about a young girl who loves visiting her Grandad. Grandad likes to tell her stories about the adventures that he used to have with Gramps, on their travels in their campervan. Let’s find out more about these special memories.
The book cover shows a picture of Grandad and the little girl inside the pink campervan. Grandad is wearing a light blue shirt and sleeveless jumper. He’s smiling as he holds the steering wheel. The girl sits in the passenger seat, on the right. She’s holding a map in one hand and, with the other hand, she’s stroking a brown dog that’s seated between them! Behind the van, the open road winds its way through green fields as the big yellow sun rises up over a hill. On the right is our first feely picture, which shows Grandad, his granddaughter and his dog.
